Ingredients:
350 gr. of Minced Almonds
350 gr. of Sugar
260 gr. of Butter
200 gr. of Dark Chocolate
7 Eggs
DIRECTIONS:
Use a whisk to mix in a bowl the butter with the sugar. Add the eggs yolks one by one amalgamating everything together. Add the almonds and the chocolate melted in a double pan. Beat the eggs whites until they become smooth and foamy and then add them very slowly into the mixture. Once you have done that, grease a baking pan with butter and flour and pour into it the mixture you have just obtained. Cook it in the oven at 160° for 45 minutes.
Once it is cooked, dust the cake with powdered sugar before serving.
