Ingredients for 4 people:
20 Scampi
1 Lemon
Some Parsley
Some Chervil
Some Marjoram
4 Spoons of Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Shell the scampi, wash them and put them in a wide terrine. Sprinkle the thinly sliced aromatic herbs and the lemon juice on them. Dress with 4 spoons of olive oil, salt and pepper as you like.
Let the scampi marinate for more or less 45 minutes.
Put on a grill an aluminium sheet, baste it with some olive oil and put on it the dripped scampi. Put them in the oven cooking them for 12 minutes.
During the cooking turn the scampi twice sprinkling some marinated juice on them.
Serve them warm.
