Ingredients:

1 litre of Water

1 litre of Pure Alcohol

500gr. of Sugar

The  peel of 6-7 big Fresh Lemons

DIRECTIONS:

Wash carefully all the lemons and parboil them leaving as less white part as possible attached to the peel.

Infuse the peel into the alcohol for more or less 10 days. After this period of time you should boil the water melting the sugar in it. At this point add the alcohol throwing away the peel. Then filter this liquid and bottle it. This is an excellent after dinner drink that has to be served very cool so you should keep it into the freezer.
