Ingredients:
1 litre of Water
350gr. of Sugar
350 centilitre of lemon juice
The peel of 5 lemons
DIRECTIONS:
Infuse the lemons peel in the water mixed with sugar for more or less 2 hours. Then add the lemon juice and filter this mixture putting it in the ice-cream freezer. Serve it into bowls decorated with fruits as a dessert or simply adding some Limoncello and some dry wine as an appetizer.
