Ingredients:

The Juicy of 6 Lemons

700gr. of Anchovies

6 spoons of Olive Oil

1 spoon of Oregano.

DIRECTIONS:

Deprive Anchovies of their heads, of their entrails and of their central fishbone. Wash them with running water for 10 minutes. Layer the dry fillets in a terrine spreading every level with lemon juice. Salt and leave the Anchovies settle for 4 hours. Then you should drain the lemon juice drying the anchovies and dressing them with olive oil and oregano. Before serving them, you should add to this dish some lemon segments
