This one below is the original Amalfi recipe.

Ingredients:

2 or 3 Juicy Lemons

500gr. of Spaghetti

Garlic

Parsley

Grated Lemon peel

Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS:

Put the spaghetti in the boiling water and, during their cooking time, put in a soup tureen the garlic broken into small pieces, some oil, the minced parsley and the lemon juice.
Drain the spaghetti putting them into the soup tureen mixing all together. Finally add some grated lemon peel to decorate the dish and serve it.
