Ingredients for 6 servings:

700 gr of Bucatini pasta,
6 anchovies finely chopped
2 dl of olive oil
150 gr of breadcrumbs
Paprika
Salt

Pasta with breadcrumbs

Preparation

Pour into a saucepan half of oil and once hot, put in it the anchovies.

In a frying pan toast the breadcrumbs with the remaining olive oil and add paprika.

Dress the just slightly firm bucatini with the oil and serve the sauce with the toasted breadcrumbs separately.
