Ingredients:
200 gr of flour
150 gr of sugar
50 grams of assorted fruit (shelled almonds, raisins, walnut kernels, dried figs and plums, an apple)
4 tablespoons of oil
2 tablespoons of vin santo
1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
Salt

Preparation
Cut the fruit into cubes and season with 2 tablespoons of oil, 100 gr of sugar, vin santo, cinnamon and grated lemon peel. Mix thoroughly with a spoon. Knead the flour with olive oil, remaining sugar, salt and add water until it forms a soft dough.
After having worked well, let stand for several minutes and then spread out with a rolling pin. Arrange fruit in pastry and roll up on itself.
Put the roll on a pan with butter and the surface of the dough sprinkled with oil. Put the pan in warm oven for at least half an hour, remove the cake from oven and sprinkle powdered sugar on.
