Ingredients:
1 kg of pork
1 foot of pork
Ear pork
1 glass of vinegar
Lemon
Red pepper

Lemon pork jelly
Preparation:
Boil all the parts of pork in salted water for about three hours. Then put away the meat, add a glass of vinegar to the broth and boil to reduce it to a 1/4 of the initial quantity. Let it stand for a whole night.
The day after, filter the broth and add lemon juice; when it is lukewarm, pour it over the meat already cut into slices and placed in dishes and season with ground red pepper.
