Ingredients:
8 Madernasse pears
4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
2 glasses of red wine (Barbera) or white wine (Arneis or Favorita)
2 cloves
1 cinnamon stick

Pears in wine
Preparation:
Put the pears vertically in a pan tightly covered with wine and spices.
Cook covered for about 30 minutes, occasionally spraying the top with the sauce that is formed.
Serve cold accompanied by the cooking sauce and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Combinings with wine: try to accompany these pears with the same wine used for cooking.
