Ingredients:

400 gr. of Minced Meat (mix meat or just veal meat)
50 gr. of Parmesan
Some Parsley
1 Egg
The minced peel of ½ lemon
½ Garlic Clove
Some Lemon Leaves
Salt

Pepper

Directions:

Mince the garlic and mix it with the other ingredients amalgamating everything together adding the minced peel of ½ lemon.

Form more or less 12 lengthened meatballs with the mixture you have just obtained.

Wash more or less 12 lemon leaves soaking them with water and baking soda for 15 minutes. After that, rinse them out and finally dry them using a cloth.

Take each meatball putting it at the middle of each leaf, wrap the meatball and fix everything with a cocktail stick.

At this point you should grill them on fire. However if you don’t have any fireplace you can put them in a oiled baking pan and cook them in the oven at 180° for 20 minutes covered by some aluminium foil and for other 10 minutes uncovered.

These meatballs will have a delicate citrus fruits taste.
